Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Burgundy. The restaurant had a special menu for the holiday and the food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. The hotel had a lovely fireplace in the lobby, which made us feel at home during our stay.
That the rooms were a bit small, which made it a little difficult to move around with all of our luggage. the heating system in the rooms was not very effective;

The hotel's location was convenient and easy to find, with plenty of parking available. the staff members were friendly and welcoming upon arrival, which made us feel comfortable. the room came equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi, which were both helpful during our city trip.
The hotel's facilities were very outdated and did not meet our expectations. the room was not very clean and there were issues with the plumbing.
